End-to-end solution with sales-based remuneration
The Global Sales Partnership model has three phases:
- Phase 1: Kick Off – Sales targets (volume and costs) are established and technical integrations and measurement tests are performed.
- Phase 2: Trial – Campaigns are activated and followed up, as well as an analysis of the results.
- Phase 3: Always ON – Application of corrective elements based on trial and optimization and run-in after adjustments.
