I. This document contains the General Conditions of Use of the WebSite Walmeric.com (hereinafter the Portal) owned by Walmeric Soluciones, SL (Walmeric) with registered office at Calle Cardenal Marcelo Spínola, 42, 10 planta, 28016 – Madrid, España, with Tax Identification Number B-85144350 and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, volume 24,558, folio 152, Section: X, Sheet M-441958.
Due to their nature and specific characteristics, certain Portal Services may be subject, in addition to the General Conditions of Use, to their own particular conditions of use (hereinafter, the Particular Terms of Use).

IV. Walmeric does not guarantee the availability, access and continuity of the Portal’s operation. Walmeric will not be responsible, with the limits established in the current legal system, for the damages caused to the User as a consequence of the unavailability, access failures and lack of continuity of the Portal.
V. Walmeric reserves the right to:
a) Make the modifications it deems appropriate, may modify, delete and include, unilaterally and without notice, new content and / or services, as well as how they are presented and located.
b) Deny or withdraw access to the Portal, without the need for prior notice on its own or by a third party, to those users who may be in breach of these Terms of Use.
VI. All matters relating to the Portal are governed by Spanish Law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Spain.
